PRISM Monitor is developed by Kaizen Audio Group SL.
We collect nothing.
PRISM Monitor does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no purchases of any kind.
Why the app asks for local network access.
PRISM Monitor is a display for audio metering produced by the PRISM Connect plug-in
running on your own computer. It uses your local network for exactly one purpose:
finding those senders (Bonjour service
_prism._udp) and receiving
their metering audio. That traffic stays between your computer and your device — it
never reaches us, and it never reaches a third party. If you decline the permission, the
app still runs; its built-in demo mode works with no network at all.
The app does not connect to the internet.
It contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising or analytics frameworks, and makes no requests to any server of ours or anyone else's.
What stays on your device.
Your layout presets and every module's settings are saved on your device, in the app's
own storage — on iPad in the Kaizen Audio
folder, visible through the Files app so you can back them up or copy them to another
device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Audio.
The app receives audio to meter it and, if you turn LISTEN on, to play a stereo downmix through your device's output. That audio is never recorded, never stored and never transmitted anywhere.
Apple.
If you installed the app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may collect its own diagnostics — crash and usage reports — under the settings you chose on your device. That data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we only ever see it aggregated and anonymised, and never anything that identifies you.
Children.
The app is rated 4+ and contains no content or features directed at children, nor any user-generated content.
Changes.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
